MEDIA ALERT: US Secretary of Commerce launches 'Doing Businesss in Africa' initiative with BUSA
Business Unity South Africa (BUSA) and the Corporate Council on Africa (CCA), in partnership with the U.S. Department of Commerce, kindly invite you to a a media briefing on Wednesday, 28th November in honour of Acting U.S. Secretary of Commerce Dr. Rebecca Blank, Under Secretary of Commerce Francisco Sanchez and the business delegation accompanying them.
During this meeting, Secretary Blank will launch the U.S. Government’s “Doing Business in Africa” initiative, a program designed to further enhance U.S. - Africa investment and trade ties. This is a follow up to U.S. Secretary of State Clinton’s visit to South Africa on 6th August, where she announced that the U.S wished to expand and deepen its commercial relationship with South Africa and the region.
