DA economic policy reinforces apartheid privileges
The DA announcement about their economic policy reveals a party intent on defending the apartheid generational advantages. Their policies show an attempt to get workers and working families to pay for the extravagance of the white community, who today has a small black front, presented by coconuts like Wilmot James
The DA policy ignores the gross inequalities in SA, between black and white that threaten to tear apart our society. They want to take away worker's rights and the principle of collective bargaining that is meant to be the redistributive mechanism between the wealthy and the poor.
The DA policy suggests more of the kind of austerity measures for working families that have brought the economic stagnation that we have today. There is no imagination and no appreciation of the crisis that affects SA society.
COSATU rejects the racist economic policies of the DA that is clearly designed to perpetuate the apartheid advantages. COSATU invites Helen Zille to a public debate with Ehrenreich on the economic policies that they have presented yesterday
